How To Get The Best Male Enhancement Results

February 9th, 2010

Male enhancement results can be a complicated thing. Sometimes, you don’t know what you’re doing, and while ideally nothing should be all that complicated, the simple fact of the matter is that oftentimes, we wonder if we are just messing up and not getting the results we want with products like Enzyte because of our own follies and not the product, the most popular and well known of course being Enzyte. The question is, why is it so hard, and what are the basic things we can do to help the process and get the best results possible with natural male enhancement pills, pending the idea of course that they work in the first place.

Well, first of all, you should know what to expect. You shouldn’t expect instantaneous results, you shouldn’t expect miracles by any means. Male enhancement pills are meant to fight against common problems to give you back a certain regularity, not mind blowing alterations, and if you expect those, you are bound to fail ultimately speaking. This in mind, keep your expectations in check. But at the same time, realize that if you are seeing no effects at all or side effects for that matter with products like Enzyte for example, it is likely not the product for you.

Second, many expect that they will automatically get a bigger penis with male enhancement pills. The simple fact is that penis size is actually genetic just as breast size is for men or women alike. This being said, while certain things can be done, the only proven way to increase penis size would be to get an implant of some kind. Honestly, that is unfortunately the only way it works. And products like Enzyte that claim this are not exactly legit.

Third, the biggest mistake you can make is to buy a male enhancement product like Enzyte for example without knowing the full details. Now Enzyte does provide an ingredients list. But they squirrel it away, hoping that you won’t ask, and they leave out some important details such as amounts. They don’t actually have the right amounts. So doing your research is for obvious reasons extremely important.

This in mind, I have found that there is a product that is far better than Enzyte. It is called Orexis. Orexis has all of the right ingredients, and it has the right amounts. It seems relatively safe, and in truth, it in many ways offers things that you could never actually find with Enzyte or other popular brands in general.

Teens and dieting

Teenagers take their cues from adults. This is especially true with female teens and their mothers.

If the mother is very conscious about her weight and appearance, then the daughter, even at a very young age, will pick up on this. It is normal and fine to be concerned about personal appearance. However, when it gets to the point where the solution seems to be found in a pill, then that is cause for concern.

Healthy habits are developed over time. It seems more likely that young women, in this case, will be less inclined to engage in habits that lead to being overweight if they avoid taking diet pills.

If the young adult sees older folks  in her life whom she respects and admires engaging in healthy, wholesome behaviors, then she is more likely to follow suit.

Sadly, if the young lady sees an obsession over body image, plastic surgery, dieting, etc., rather than measures taken to promote healthy living, then she is more likely to do the same thing.

If she as an adult gets to the point where with the consultation of her doctor that things like plastic surgery and diet pills are appropriate, then so be it.

However, as a teenager, she should model healthy living to develop habits to last a lifetime. The weight loss will come in time.

Is Zyatonix better than Xenadrine?

August 28th, 2009

I heard through the rumor mill that those people in the Xenadrine commercials didn’t even use the product. They were paid to say how great Xenadrine is, but did not actually use it as they claimed to in the commercial.

If this is true, then the advertising of the product is deceptive. However, I don’t have first hand knowledge of this.

Aside from the actors in the commercials, I wonder how effective Xenadrine is compared to Zyatonix.

Zyatonix is supposed to cause your fat cells to self-destruct through apoptosis which sounds really convoluted to me. Xenadrine is supposed to raise your metabolism and lower your appetite so that you lose weight.

Xenadrine’s old formula had ephedra in it until the manufacturer was told to take it out. Ephedra can cause heart and blood pressure problems, as well as insomnia.

Out came the ephedra and in went other stimulants like caffeine. The overall effectiveness of Xenadrine is not highly rates; however, Zyatonix seems to have a similar approach.

Mood enhancers and stimulants may have a mild effect on weight loss, but they are not long-term solutions to being overweight.

Instead of using stimulants and other drugs which do not support health and well-being, perhaps people may want to focus on eating well and engaging in enjoyable physical activity.

These are the long term behavioral changes needed for sustained weight loss.

Is Zyatonix Effective?

August 26th, 2009

Zyatonix is an over-the-counter weight loss product that is promoted as effective in reducing excess body weight.

With an abundance of choices for weight loss aids, how do you determine which one’s claims are legitimate and which product is safe to use? What good is a weight loss product that may not only help you to lose a few pounds, but also makes you sick? Some people are desperate enough to lose weight without concern for the negative side effects. Others are not willing to take that chance.

Zyatonix supposedly causes fat cells to die by a process called apoptosis, which is programmed cell death. In other words, this drug causes the fat cells to self-destruct. Interesting. So I wonder how Zyatonix can target the fat cells and ignore all of the other cells? Sounds strange to me.

At any rate, Zyatonix contains something called apopadex, acacia rigidula, phenylethylamine, cassia nomame, methylsynephrine, yohimbine, ECGC, and theobromine. All I know is that these ingredients are stimulants.

If you’re pregnant, have heart problems, take other medications or are otherwise sick, then Zyatonix might not be safe for you.

However, if you don’t have any health problems, then you might want to give it a try. A lot of other diet drugs contain some of these same ingredients and there are those who swear by them.
